Delivery within the UK is made by Royal Mail 1st Class, and prices vary between £5 -£20 depending on the size of the hat/headpiece.
Outside of the UK, items are sent via Royal Mail tracked and signed, prices vary between £25 – £100 depending on the size of the hat/headpiece.
DUTIES AND TAXES
For international shipping, all duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and will be administered by the delivery company once the package has arrived in your country.
For current stock, items will be dispatched within 2 business days of purchase

Please contact me within 14 days , you may return the item undamaged with original tags up to 30 days from purchase for a full refund. Please note return postage is not refunded unless item is proved to be faulty.
Custom made items are non – refundable.
Downloaded items are non- refundable
Fees for online classes and tutorials are refundable up until 24hrs before event
